The durable rubber soles of our shoes are perfect for protecting your babies feet from rough, hot and unsafe surfaces whilst being thin and flexible enough to mimic the feeling of barefoot walking. 

Best part is that our stock is in Australia and there is no need to wait for months for your order (by that time your baby may be into the next size)!

How do I care for my shoes?

Bumbi Kids shoes are machine washable, so very easy to clean. 

Note, they are to be air dried, not tumble dried. See video reel here. For harder to clean stains see here. Do not use bleach and keep them away from heat.

 

What if I make a mistake with my order?

Send an email immediately to bumbikidshelp@gmail.com with ‘URGENT CHANGE OF ORDER’ in the heading. After your order is placed, you have a short window of time to cancel your items. If the shipping label has been created, the refund will not include the shipping cost.

 

Are the shoes easy to pull off?

The shoes are made of stretchy cotton material just like a sock. This means that your baby can pull them off if they are determined, but it is not easy! See video link here.

  

What are they made of?

Our shoes are made of stretchy cotton material. The sole is made of a soft flexible rubber.

 

Do socks also need to be worn underneath?

There is no need to wear socks with our shoe socks, however, you can choose to do so.

 

Are they waterproof?

Unlike some competitors, the soles of our shoes do not have holes which means your babies feet will remain dry when walking on wet surfaces (but not in puddles of course!). See video reel here.

  

My infant has chubby/narrow feet. Are they suitable?

Our shoes are stretchy and the soles flexible which make them perfect for all foot types.

 

Do you have stock at any stores?

Our shoes are only available online. We post to Australia Post destinations globally.

 

Are there any customs/import fees?

Our stock is shipped right here in Australia. This means there is not need to worry about any additional duties and taxes within Australia.
